Dock High Storage semi trailers which are delivered to warehouses for easy addition onsite storage. With dock high semi trailers warehouses can easily load and unload storage items with forklift or have associates walk into the back of the trailers to retrieve items. We operate onsite storage for businesses the Reno-Sparks area and throughout northern Nevada. Temen Logistics delivers, picks up and moves units, creating an easy and convenient storage solution. Dock high storage is useful for when additional space is needed, such as staging for remodeling, holiday overstock space, or last minute inventory changes. Over The Road (OTR) Semi Trail Rentals roadworthy units are available for clients who prefer to self-transport between multiple locations, or have large amounts of equipment/stock that move frequently.

Cold Storage Among our fleet, we rent Refrigerator Trailers (aka reefers) for Cold Storage needs. These can be used for onsite storage or for transporting items that need to be kept at a specific temperature such as food or medicine. This package includes regular fuel deliveries needed to run the units’ cooling functionalities.

An Alternative to Dumpsters

We offer warehouses an innovative alternative to dumpsters being backed to a loading dock door.  Our approach is to deliver you a semi trailer that can be backed to the same dock door.  This provides several advantages over a traditional dumpster.  The first and most important is that your dumpster is now secured to your building.  This means that no one can access your dumpster from outside the building, meaning you are no longer going to find and pay to remove other people’s trash when you come in on Monday morning. We have all been there when we come in after a weekend to find someone has disposed of their trash in your dumpster, our solution eliminates the problems associated with the public and dumpster divers.

With the trailer being securely backed to your loading dock you will not have to clean up waste around your yard that has blown out of your dumpster from these infamous Northern Nevada winds we have.  With the trailer also being dock high this allows you the ability to load the trailer from the front and work towards the back of the trailer.  No need to figure out how to load the front of the dumpster on your dock.  You can also drive a forklift into these trailers to load them.   

Final benefit is price.  We charge about 30% less than a traditional dumpster per yard.  Now our trailers are available in 2 sizes of 115 cubic yards and 130 cubic yards.  These trailers are for customers who regularly produce enough trash to ideally dump 130 yards of trash within a 2 month period.

Condemned Commercial Product disposal 

We offer a solution to dispose of whole truck loads of product.  Delivering to your dock a 53’ trailer we can dispose of expired, recalled, damaged, or obsolete products at the local landfill where the product will immediately be destroyed and buried.  Our company can provide a Certificate of Disposal as well as documented proof of the product being destroyed and buried.
